A free 30‑minute discussion to clarify your project, determine fit, and outline next steps. This session is designed to help you understand what documentation you need — and whether FMI is the right partner for your steel‑focused project.
A consultation is a discussion only — no modeling, drafting, or deliverables. It is ideal for:
Early‑stage ideas
Unclear scope
Legacy or undocumented components
Reverse documentation questions
Determining what inputs you need to provide
Understanding fabrication‑ready documentation requirements
Confirming whether your project fits FMI’s steel‑only specialization
This session helps you start your project with clarity and confidence.

To maintain proper scope and compliance:
No engineering stamping
No structural analysis
No physical prototypes
No fabrication or manufacturing services
No non‑metal product design
No CAD modeling or drafting during the consultation
This protects your time and ensures the session stays focused on clarity, not production work.
Scheduling & Availability
Consultations are held during FMI’s standard communication windows:
Weekdays: 6 PM–9 PM
Weekends: 9 AM–12 PM
You’ll receive a confirmation email automatically after reserving your consultation through the scheduling a consultation button below.
What Happens After the Consultation
Once your consultation is complete:
Basic project details are gathered during the call.
You’ll receive the Project Intake Form (Follow‑Up) to complete and return with your reference materials.
After the form is submitted, your project can be quoted or scheduled.
This ensures every project begins with the right inputs, a defined scope, and predictable timelines.
